Ordering:

Please email your order list of item(s) and you will receive a reply within 24hrs confirming item cost(s) and availability.  We will confirm payment details with you and P&P / Shipping options. 

All items are shipped within 24hrs of receiving full payment (cleared funds) and you will receive a confirmation email on the day of despatch/ shipping to confirm your item(s) are on the way.  All UK deliveries as sent via insured carrier.     International shipping is sent insured with option of further insurance enhancements.

International Purchasers :  Paypal (GBP preferred or U.S. Dollars)  or by money transfer such as Western Union (Payment by W.U. to arrive in GBP).

Credit Card Payments:

Credit card payments can be made and received instantly through www.paypal.com    www.paypal.co.uk

Paypal offers secure online payments using a debit / credit card and you do not need to sign up to Paypal to make a credit card payment.  Please feel free to contact us for more information.    You do not need a Paypal account to make a credit card payment.

All Paypal transactions are subject to a 3% transaction charge.   This is Paypal charges not ours.  For all Paypal transactions for purchases of item(s) value of £200 GBP / $355 USD and over will include 1 free box of PFC caps. 

Some items have a Paypal shopping cart button for ease of use and quick purchasing.  We will try and implement this into all items as soon as  possible.  In the meantime if there is an item you wish to purchase through Paypal or would like to know more about Paypal purchasing,  please contact:   enquires@modelguns.co.uk

Shipping Info:

UK shipping    is via Royal Mail Special Delivery (next working day) or via RM Standard delivery (both methods with contents insurance)

Other options are available on request.

International shipping    Via Airfreight with tracking number / full online tracking.  Your items will be sent within 24hrs (1 working day) on receipt of full payment.  Confirmation of posting and tracking details will be sent same day as shipping.
